Engine 170 as the F.A.S.T. on Scarsdale 10-75

Early Monday June 9, 2014 at 0410Hrs Hartsdale Engine 170 was dispatched by 60 Control mutual aid to 59 Crane Road Scarsdale as the F.A.S.Team (Firefighter Assist and Search Team) for a working fire. Engine 170 and Car 2171 responded and operated as the F.A.S.T. until Scarsdale units knocked down a vehicle fire that had extended to the structure. Hartsdale Units went in service at 0453Hrs.

Additionally Engine 170 was requested to start out as the F.A.S.Team on June 10, 2014 at 1245Hrs for a reported explosion with possible fire on Leatherstocking Lane in Scarsdale. Car 2432 arrived with negative fire and placed Engine 170 back inservice.
