Hartsdale Fire personnel were dispatched to 7 Northway for a report of a Town DPW worker stuck in the bucket of the truck. Upon arrival units found the worker in the bucket approximately 60 feet up. The truck was disabled due to a blown hydraulic hose. Personnel utilized the bucket of TL15 to access the worker and transfer him over from the disabled truck, and lowered him to the ground.
